Depending on where you live, shipping usually takes:
- Standard Delivery: 7-15 business days
- FedEx Express: 2-4 business days
Please note that these are approximate delivery times. We kindly ask you to give up to 10 days on top of the regular delivery time before getting in touch with our customer support team.

IMPORTANT: We are NOT responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error, simply e-mail us at support@gifteddeal.com as soon as possible.
Gifted Deal is not responsible for destination country tax and/or any duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and fees collected from the destination country.
* Customer Shipping Address Responsibility Policy: We understand that "typos" do happen from time to time (especially if you are shopping with a mobile phone). If a customer enters the wrong shipping information and returns a package to us, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to have the item/order re-shipped to the new/correct shipping address. Gifted Deal cannot accept responsibility for wrong shipping information entered during customer checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before you submit your order. We want to make sure that you get your package safe and sound, to your front door, and delivered parcels not covered by insurance (If paid). :)

If the order arrives at your country and...

No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.

Tracking my order?
When you're dealing with international shipping tracking numbers aren't available for about 5-10 business days after your order has been processed. To view your tracking number simply click your order link within the shipping confirmation email you received. If not there please email support and we will send you your number.
Why is my order stuck in transit?
Occasionally, orders do get delayed when entering the country. With inspections and customs, packages can be stuck for up to 4 weeks with no updates to the tracking. This is fairly uncommon, but it does happen. If your order is stuck and hasn't moved for several days unfortunately there's nothing that can be done to get it moving again, besides simply waiting it out. I thank you ahead of time for your patience.
Where's my package?
If you haven't received your order within the estimated delivery times listed above send an email to support@gifteddeal.com with your order # and ask for a tracking number. We will get back to you with the tracking number asap (usually within 24 hours).
Next, just click on your tracking number in the email to see exactly where your order is in transit. Just keep in mind that tracking information isn't available until 1-3 business days after your order has been processed.
